Registration to PP-26 will be carried out exclusively online by each participant interested in participating. Every request for participation must be validated by the Registration Focal Points (RFPs) designated by each administration and entity of the following categories entitled to participate:
Organizations and Entities are referred to No. 476 of the Convention and Article 7, paragraphs 1b) and 5b), of the Financial Regulations which are applicable to this Conference.
Provision of information through the online registration system does not exempt Member States from the need to submit an original credentials document – see Credentials section.
All delegates wishing to participate in the Conference must have an ITU user account and complete the online registration form, indicating whether they will participate in person or remotely.
Your registration request will be reviewed by your organization’s Designated Registration Focal Point (RFP). Confirmation of registration will be sent once the request has been validated.
Non-exempt Sector Members are required to complete the applicable participation fee payment process before registration can be submitted. Registration will become available once payment eligibility has been confirmed. For inquiries, please contact sg-registration@itu.int.

Host Country registration is required for all delegates to enter into the State of Qatar. All international delegates must have a valid Hayya Entry Permit.
Delegates may proceed to complete the Host Country registration and Hayya Entry Permit process, using the unique registration ID (referred to as voucher in Hayya portal) after receiving PP-26 confirmation of registration.
For instruction and guidance on how to complete the Host Country registration, please visit https://Hayya.qa. Please have ready your unique registration ID (voucher), as it will be required when applying for a Hayya e-Visa via the designated online portal. Each individual must apply independently.
IMPORTANT: Delegates should not begin any separate Host Country or Hayya application process BEFORE receiving their PP-26 confirmation of registration and unique registration ID (voucher).
