Guidelines for photographers and videographers

Delegations wishing to include a photographer or videographer must request delegation accreditation and limit entry to one person per delegation. They will be issued a normal delegation badge, not a media badge. All delegation photographers/videographers are expected to behave professionally and observe the following:

  • Focus only on members of your own delegation
  • Limit capture to select moments, not entire interventions
  • Stay discreet – no flash, special equipment, or movement during interventions
  • Ensure that you do not block any aisles, or stand in the sightlines of official cameras, while photographing or filming.
  • Do not disrupt proceedings, distract participants, or obstruct ITU’s official photographers/videographers
