The Platform provides delegates with a dedicated online environment to prepare and manage their declarations on behalf of their government\u2019s Head of Delegation. An ITU user account with TIES rights is necessary.  <br><br>Find out more about how to use the Platform! Access the <a href=\"https:\/\/declaration.itu.int\/pp-26\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PP-26 Declarations and Reservations Platform<\/a> and sign in using your ITU TIES account.    <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                                        <div class=\"text-section-right data-span-override\" data-span=\"4\">\n            <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n                                <section>\n        <div class=\"ituContainer grid\">\n            <div id=\"accordion_6aee9584f1034\" class=\"accordion\" data-span=\"8\">\n                                   \n            <div class=\"accordion-card\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-card_header\">\n                <p class=\"accordion-card_title\">New submission<\/p>\n            <\/button>\n            <div class=\"panel\">\n                <div class=\"accordion-card_body\">\n                                                <p>\n        In the <a href=\"https:\/\/declaration.itu.int\/pp-26\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>New submission<\/strong><\/a> tab, please <strong>provide the following information<\/strong>:<br>&#8211; <em>Original language<\/em>: Select the language in which the declaration or reservation is being submitted.<br>&#8211; <em>Text<\/em>: Enter, paste or review the complete text.<br>&#8211; <em>Member State<\/em>: Select the Member State on whose behalf the submission is being made.<br>&#8211; <em>Additional Member States<\/em>: If it is a joint submission, add the other Member States.<br>&#8211; <em>Focal point email addresses<\/em>: For a joint submission, enter the email addresses of the focal points for the additional Member States. They will receive notifications concerning the submission.<br>&#8211; <em>Authorization:<\/em> Tick the box to confirm that you are submitting on the behalf of the Head of Delegation.<br><br>If you uploaded or scanned a file, carefully check the automatically captured text and all pre-filled fields before proceeding.<br><br>Select <strong>Save as draft<\/strong> if the submission is not yet ready. You can return to the platform later to complete and submit it.<br><br>Select <strong>Submit<\/strong> when the declaration or reservation is final. Once submitted, it can no longer be altered directly by the delegate. The PP-26 secretariat will be notified, and a notification will also be sent to you and, for a joint submission, the additional focal points.<br><br>Before selecting <strong>Submit<\/strong>, verify that:<br>&#8211; The original language is correct.<br>&#8211; The text is complete and accurate.<br>&#8211; The correct Member State or Member States have been selected.<br>&#8211; The focal point email addresses for any additional Member States are correct.    <\/p>\n                                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                                       \n            <div class=\"accordion-card\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-card_header\">\n                <p class=\"accordion-card_title\">My submission<\/p>\n            <\/button>\n            <div class=\"panel\">\n                <div class=\"accordion-card_body\">\n                                                <p>\n        Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/declaration.itu.int\/pp-26\/submissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>My submissions<\/strong><\/a> tab to view your submissions and follow their status. You can open a submission to see its full content or reuse it as the basis for a new draft.<br><br>When the submission is made, the platform automatically assigns it a <strong>reference number<\/strong>. Always quote this number in communications with the PP-26 secretariat concerning that declaration or reservation.<br><br>The main statuses are:<br><em>&#8211; Submitted<\/em>: The submission has been received and is awaiting review.<br>&#8211; <em>Acknowledged<\/em>: The PP-26 secretariat has reviewed and accepted the submission for further processing.<br>&#8211; <em>Completed<\/em>: Processing has been completed in all six languages.<br><br>If the PP secretariat returns the submission to draft, you will receive a notification. Make the necessary changes and submit it again.    <\/p>\n                                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                                       \n            <div class=\"accordion-card\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-card_header\">\n                <p class=\"accordion-card_title\">Search<\/p>\n            <\/button>\n            <div class=\"panel\">\n                <div class=\"accordion-card_body\">\n                                                <p>\n        Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/declaration.itu.int\/pp-26\/search?language=eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Search<\/strong><\/a> tab to search declarations and reservations from PP-18 and PP-22. Refine the results using the filters or free-text search.
