They will be issued a normal delegation badge, not a media badge. All delegation photographers\/videographers are expected to behave professionally and observe the following:    <\/p>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Focus only on members of your own delegation<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Limit capture to select moments, not entire interventions<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Stay discreet \u2013 no flash, special equipment, or movement during interventions<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Ensure that you do not block any aisles, or stand in the sightlines of official cameras, while photographing or filming.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Do not disrupt proceedings, distract participants, or obstruct ITU&#8217;s official photographers\/videographers<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                        <p>\n        Please follow any instructions from the Chair, secretariat, or ITU personnel.
