The schedule for these meetings is as follows:<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>The 1st informal inter-regional preparatory meeting for PP-26 was held on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, from 13.00 to 14.30 at ITU Headquarters + hybrid (during the CWG cluster). It was chaired by the PP-26 Chair-designate, Mr Ahmad Abdulla AlMuslemani. All of the regional groups were represented and gave presentations on the preparations in their regions (<a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/APT-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">APT<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/LAS-AWG-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LAS<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/ATU-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ATU<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/CEPT-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CEPT<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/CITEL-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CITEL<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/RCC-PP26-IRPM-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RCC<\/a>), as well as Cuba. The ITU secretariat and the Host Country also shared the <a href=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/ITU-PP26-IRPM-1-13Jan2026.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/pp.itu.int\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/ITU-PP26-IRPM-1-13Jan2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">status of their preparations<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>The 2nd meeting was held on Thursday, 30 April 2026, from 13.00 to 14.30 at ITU headquarters + hybrid (during Council-26).
