When possible, delegates are invited to collect their PP-22 badge between 24 to 25 September. Badge collection by a third party of the same delegation will be possible for VIP only if a recent photo of the delegate is already in the ITU database.<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration to PP-22 is carried out <strong>exclusively online<\/strong> by each participant interested in participating. Every request for participation must be validated by the Registration Focal Points (RFPs) designated by each administration and entity of the following categories entitled to participate (cf. Article 23 of the ITU Convention):<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-members-states=true&amp;request=countries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Member States of the ITU<\/a> (CV 268)<\/li><li>State of Palestine (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/RES-099-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolution 99<\/a> (Rev. Dubai, 2018))<\/li><li>Observers participating in an advisory capacity (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/Convention-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CV 269<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/RES-145-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolution 145<\/a> (Antalya, 2006)):<ul><li>the United Nations (CV 269A)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-members-directory=true&amp;request=search-companies&amp;category=REGORG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regional Telecommunications Organizations (REGORG)<\/a> mentioned in Article 43 of the ITU Constitution(CV 269B)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-members-directory=true&amp;request=search-companies&amp;category=SATORG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Intergovernmental organizations operating satellite systems (SATORG)<\/a> (CV 269C)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Specialized agencies of the United Nations and the IAEA (CV 269D)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Observers from Sector Members referred to in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/Convention-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CV 229 &nbsp;and CV 231<\/a>,&nbsp;admitted to attend in a non-advisory capacity (CV 269E, &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/RES-145-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolution 145<\/a> (Antalya, 2006))<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizations and Entities are referred to No. 476 of the Convention and Article 7, paragraphs 1b) and 5b), of the Financial Regulations which are applicable to this Conference.<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provision of information through the online registration system <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">does not exempt Member States<\/span> from the need to submit an original credentials document &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/pp.itu.int\/en\/participation\/credentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/pp.itu.int\/en\/participation\/credentials\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Credentials section<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per the ITU Secretary-General&#8217;s commitment as an International Gender Champion, and with the aim for PP-22 to be gender-responsive, we encourage you to include women in your delegation.<\/p>\n<\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important information on visas: <\/strong>Entry visas to Romania cannot be obtained through the ITU secretariat.
